Ingredients:

Vegetables of your choice
Sweet corn (1/2 cup)
Red rice (1/2 cup)
Japanese curry cube (1/2 cube - mild flavour)
Almond milk (8ml)
Egg (1)
Olive oil spray
Plant-base burger/steak (1)

1. Cook the red rice
2. Wash, peel & cut all the vegetables
3. Add curry cube + hot water into vegetables stir-fry until sauce thicken
4. Pan-fry the burger
5. Make scrambled egg
6. Mix sweet corn with red rice
7. Ready to Serve the vegetables curry, rice, burger and egg!
8. Enjoy!
